1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
U.S. Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
- Standard Shipping: free on all U.S. orders, typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: optional paid express service may appear at checkout if available.
Delivery estimates for Alaska and Hawaii may be longer, but U.S. Standard Shipping remains free when available at checkout.
4. Tracking
Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once an order leaves the ship-from location. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
5. Address Accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact support before reshipment is arranged.
Stationery — Paper, Ink, and Desk Accessories
- Notebooks, paper pads, journals, and loose paper items ship with protective packaging to reduce bending.
- Ink cartridges and pens may ship separately from paper goods when needed to protect against leaks or pressure marks.
- Brass accessories and desk items should be inspected before discarding packaging.
- Keep packaging until paper format, color, nib size, ink color, and pack count have been checked.
